Phase 1 Scope
DubaiWheels.ae is currently operating in its initial launch phase. The platform at this stage provides:
- Blog and updates
- New car specifications and information
- Car finance assistance via third-party providers
- Car comparisons for user convenience
Features such as user listings, account creation, inspections, paid promotions, and the "Managed by DubaiWheels" program are planned for future phases and are not currently active.
1. Website Purpose
DubaiWheels.ae is an automotive platform intended to evolve in multiple phases. The current phase focuses on car information, finance guidance, and news, with more features to be added progressively.
2. Listings & User Content
User-submitted listings are not currently active. Once enabled, users may post their own car listings. DubaiWheels will moderate content to ensure quality. DubaiWheels may use selected content for marketing and promotional purposes.
3. Paid Services
No paid services are currently offered in Phase 1. Paid features such as featured listings, car inspections, and "Managed by DubaiWheels" services will be introduced in future updates.
4. Prohibited Use
Users must not:
- Use the site to post or share misleading information
- Attempt to bypass site controls or abuse platform features
- Violate any UAE laws or intellectual property rights
5. Deal Responsibility Disclaimer
DubaiWheels.ae currently does not facilitate any direct transactions between buyers and sellers. We are not responsible for any private vehicle deals or financial agreements. Once "Managed by DubaiWheels" is live, we will facilitate verified connections but still disclaim direct liability for the outcome.
6. Intellectual Property
All branding, articles, tools, and media on DubaiWheels are owned by the operating company, Innovix99 - FZCO, unless otherwise noted.
7. Legal Entity & Jurisdiction
DubaiWheels is operated under Innovix99 - FZCO, a UAE Freezone registered company. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
