The 2025 Ford Bronco stands out with a retro-modern aesthetic—showcasing its boxy silhouette, round LED headlights, and bold “BRONCO” grille lettering. Its high-ground-clearance stance, flush aluminum roof, and easily removable doors underscore both its iconic styling and genuine off-road readiness.

Interior

While the exterior of the Ford Bronco evokes a strong sense of nostalgia, the same cannot be said about the cabin of the off-roader, as it has adapted to the latest trends and screens which younger generation people fancy in their new vehicles. With an up-to-date cabin having all the modern features and tech, the Ford Bronco is a good and spacious vehicle for five passengers.

The features which make the Ford Bronco feel trendy from the inside are a 12-inch touchscreen infotainment system with a six-speaker audio system, an 8-inch full-TFT instrument console and a wireless charger. Everything in the Bronco feels robust, giving it a built-to-last feel. Other features which make the Bronco feel desirable are leather upholstery, powered front seats, tilt and telescopic adjustable multi-functional steering wheel, dual-zone automatic climate control and an array of USB chargers.

Exterior

All four versions of the Ford Bronco on sale in the UAE car market have individualistic identities, but the things common to all are the sense of ruggedness and old-school flavour. The Bronco looks tough and bold from whichever angle you look at, and thanks to the straight lines and upright stance, it looks like a traditional SUV which many people have a lot of liking.

At the front, all the versions of Bronco come with rounded LED headlamps and strips of daytime running LEDs stretching towards the Bronco lettering spread over the grille in the middle. The front fascia in all four versions of the Bronco looks different, with the mesh design for the grille in Wildtrak and Badlands looking similar. All the versions also get off-road spec front and rear bumpers for the go-anywhere popularity.

All the versions of the Ford Bronco are available as four-door SUVs as standard, though the Big Bend and Wildtrak get two-door versions too. The upright stance, with a straight bonnet line and high ground clearance, makes the Bronco look purposeful. The Bronco also gets carbonized grey moulded roof and 17-inch aluminium alloy wheels (18 inches in Outer Banks) with chunky-looking off-road terrain tyres. The Wildtrak and Badlands variants also get mud-terrain tyres for better off-road driving.At the rear, the Ford Bronco has a tailgate-mounted spare wheel, while having vertically-laid LED tail lamps on the corners (Big Bend gets halogen tail lamps). The Bronco comes with steel bash plates in Widltrak and Badlands variants for an added sense of protection for crucial parts of the vehicle.

Ride & Handling

The Big Bend and Outer Banks versions of Ford Bronco are offered with part-time selectable four-wheel drive, while the Wildtrak and Badlands versions have a more advanced automatic on-demand four-wheel drive system for better capabilities while driving off the roads. The Bronco also comes with six standard drive modes – normal, eco, sport, slippery, mud/ruts and sand, though Wildtrak and Badlands also get a Baja mode for full-blown hooliganism on tougher terrains.

Engine & Fuel Consumption

The base-spec Big Bend version of the Ford Bronco comes with a 2.3-litre four-cylinder Ecoboost petrol engine, which produces 275 bhp of power and 420 Nm of torque. The rest of the lineup of Ford Bronco has a 2.7-litre V6 Ecoboost petrol engine as standard, which produces 330 bhp of power and 542 Nm of torque. A 10-speed automatic transmission and four-wheel drive are offered as standard in all four versions of Ford Bronco.

Braking & Safety

The expansive list of safety features offered in the Ford Bronco as standard are front, side and curtain airbags, ABS, roll stability control, electronic traction control and terrain management system. The off-roader also comes with a host of ADAS features like Auto High-Beam Headlamps, Hill Start Assist, Post-Collison Braking, Pre-Collision Assist with Automatic Emergency Braking, Pedestrian Detection, Forward Collision Warning, Dynamic Brake Support, BLIS (Blind Spot Information System) With Cross-Traffic Alert And Lane-Keeping System (Lane-Keeping Alert, Lane-Keeping Aid & Driver Alert).

Verdict

The Ford Bronco is a vehicle truly made for off-road driving enthusiasts and those who like the nostalgia associated with the nameplate. While there are more comfortable and plusher SUVs than the Bronco at this price point, very few SUVs match the extrovert character and desirability of the Bronco.
